1. Data Collection & Purpose

As a fulfillment partner, we act as a Data Processor for the Brand (the Data Fiduciary). We collect:

Brand Representative Data: Name, Email, Phone, GST details.
End-Customer Data: Name, Phone Number, and Full Shipping Address.

Purpose: This data is used exclusively for printing shipping labels and coordinating with delivery personnel.

2. Data Retention & Deletion

Operational Data: Customer PII (Personally Identifiable Information) is deleted from our local physical records (printed manifests) after 48 hours of successful delivery.
Digital Logs: We retain digital records of order fulfillment for 180 days to handle disputes, after which they are archived or anonymized.

3. Information Security Measures

Physical Security: Our hub is equipped with 24/7 CCTV surveillance and restricted biometric/keyed entry.
Digital Security: All shared spreadsheets or WMS logins are password-protected. We do not store customer credit card or payment data.
Employee Access: Access to customer addresses is restricted to the "Packing Lead" only.

4. RTO Video Documentation

We record videos of unboxing returned parcels. These videos are stored on a secure cloud server and shared via a private link with the Brand. These videos are deleted after 30 days unless a dispute is active.

5. Third-Party Disclosures

We share customer data only with:

Logistics Aggregators/Couriers: For the sole purpose of delivery.
Regulatory Bodies: If required by Indian Law (e.g., GST audits).

Note: WE NEVER sell or use your customer data to launch competing brands or for marketing purposes.
